We are thrilled to have you as part of our Trunk or Treat at the Family Fall Festival! Your support and willingness to serve are vital to the success of this event. As we prepare to welcome families, let's work together to ensure this day is full of joy, love, and the presence of Jesus.

Volunteer Information & Directions

Decoration Setup: Starts at 3:30 PM
Please arrive on time to assist with setting up decorations, organizing stations, and making sure everything is ready for our guests. Head to the church lawn, where you'll be directed to your assigned area.

Prayer Time: 4:30 PM
We will come together and pray as a family for this event — for unity, joy, safety, and that every person who attends will experience the love of Jesus. Please make every effort to join us before we open the festival!

Event Start: 5:00 PM sharp
Ensure all stations and activities are ready to go by 5:00 PM. Families will start arriving promptly, so be prepared to greet them with a smile and guide them to the activities.

Family Fall Festival Details

Date: Sunday, November 2nd
Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Location: King’s Springfield (Church Lawn)

Activities Include:
Pumpkin Decoration  | Face Painting  | Soccer Game  | Axe Throwing  |
Photo Booth | Trunk or Treat  | Hot Dogs | Nachos | Popcorn  |
Hot Cocoa ☕ | Cakewalk 🎂 (every 15 minutes!)

Key Volunteer Roles

Trunk or Treat Stations:
Be creative with your trunk decorations and interact with families as they come by. Please bring candy to share for your trunk. Ensure a smooth flow and share treats with warmth and enthusiasm. Food & Drink

Stations: Help serve hot dogs, nachos, and hot chocolate. Keep everything well-stocked, clean, and cheerful! 

Pumpkin Decoration & Cakewalk:
Assist with keeping these activities organized and fun. Guide families through each station and cheer them on!

End of Event Cleanup

Please help us clean up your area and leave everything neat and tidy at the end of the event.
